Skillazo Terms of Use (User Agreement)

Effective date: August 19, 2025

Welcome to Skillazo—the world’s sports-skills arena. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Skillazo Inc. and govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, websites, products, features, content, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Global Skill Contest Rules. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform. Certain features may be subject to additional terms, which will be presented to you when applicable and become part of these Terms.

1. Eligibility

a) Minimum age. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Platform.

b) Minors. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Platform only with verifiable parental/guardian consent and subject to feature limits appropriate for minors. Do not attempt risky activities or participate in features restricted to adults.

c) Cash rewards and payouts (adults only). Access to any cash rewards/payouts in official Skill Contests is limited to users who are at or above the age of majority in their jurisdiction and who successfully complete required identity/KYC/AML and sanctions screening, and (where applicable) provide tax forms (e.g., W-9/W-8).

d) Geographic availability and legal restrictions. Features and contests may be geo-restricted or unavailable in certain countries or regions due to law, platform policies, payment coverage, or operational constraints. Participation is void where prohibited. You may not use the Platform if you are a person or entity sanctioned or otherwise restricted under applicable trade, export-control, or sanctions laws.

e) Account authenticity and capacity. You represent that you (i) have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; (ii) will provide accurate information; and (iii) are not barred from using the Platform under applicable law or any prior enforcement action by Skillazo (e.g., device or account bans).

2. Content You Post; License to Skillazo

a) You own your content. You retain all rights in the videos, images, audio, captions, and other materials you post or submit on the Platform (“Your Content”), except for the licenses you grant below.

b) License to Skillazo (operation and promotion). You grant Skillazo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, cache, transcode, reproduce, adapt, modify (for formatting/technical purposes), publish, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute, and create derivative works of Your Content as necessary to operate, provide, improve, and promote the Platform and Skillazo’s services. This includes uses such as feeds, search, recommendations, challenge administration, editorial features, contest montages, and Skillazo marketing/communications across any media channels now known or later developed.

c) License to other users (platform features). For content you make public, you grant other Skillazo users a limited, non-exclusive license to view, share in-app, and interact with Your Content through the Platform’s normal functionality (e.g., likes, comments, saves, in-app reposts/embeds, and any remix/duet/stitch features you enable in settings). You can restrict certain interactions in your settings where available.

d) Name, image, and voice. To the extent permitted by law, you grant Skillazo a license to use your name, username, image, likeness, and voice as they appear in or alongside Your Content for the purposes described above (displaying Your Content and promoting the Platform). This is not a blanket endorsement; we will not suggest you endorse third-party products without your separate consent.

e) Watermarks and exports. We may apply a small Skillazo watermark to exported videos to credit the source. Where the app offers it, you may choose a clean export without a watermark.

f) Duration and effect of deletion. This license lasts for as long as Your Content is available on the Platform and for a commercially reasonable period thereafter to allow for technical backup, archival, audit, dispute resolution, and compliance. If you delete Your Content or your account, the license ends prospectively (it does not require the removal of (i) copies already shared by others on the Platform, (ii) cached or backup copies not ordinarily accessible, or (iii) prior promotional materials already created in reliance on this license).

g) Your responsibilities and permissions. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights and permissions necessary to grant the licenses above, including for music (master and, where applicable, publishing/performance rights), logos, artwork, locations, and the appearance and audio of any person featured (with parent/guardian consent for minors). You agree not to post content that infringes rights, violates law, or breaches these Terms or our policies.

h) Third-party content and tools. If Your Content incorporates third-party materials or uses licensed tools (e.g., sounds, filters, effects), you must comply with the applicable licenses and restrictions. Certain sounds/effects may be limited to non-commercial use or specific regions; you are responsible for compliance.

i) Feedback. If you provide ideas, suggestions, or other feedback about the Platform, you grant Skillazo a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and exploit that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

j) Reservation of rights. Except for the licenses expressly granted here, no ownership rights transfer to Skillazo or to any other user. Where required by law, any waiver of moral rights (or agreement not to assert them) is limited to the extent permitted and solely to enable the uses described above.

3. Two Types of Competitions on Skillazo

a) Official, Skillazo-Run Skill Contests (judge-determined; no purchase necessary).
Skillazo may run official, skill-based contests in which winners are selected by a judging panel using a published rubric. Likes are social signals only—they are not votes and do not determine winners. Cash rewards, if offered, are set by Skillazo in its sole discretion and will be disclosed on the applicable contest page; amounts and availability may vary by contest and jurisdiction. Participation is void where prohibited and subject to eligibility and verification requirements (which may include age of majority, identity/KYC/AML checks, sanctions screening, and tax forms). Official contests are additionally governed by the Global Skill Contest Rules, which are incorporated by reference.

b) User-Generated Community Challenges (likes-based ranking; badges only).
Users may create community challenges. Ranking in these challenges is determined by the number of eligible likes received during the entry window, subject to Skillazo’s anti-manipulation and normalization systems (e.g., exclusion of inauthentic or ineligible engagement, leaderboard freezes). Winners in community challenges receive in-app badges only; badges are cosmetic/status-only, non-transferable, and have no monetary value and are not redeemable for cash or goods. Hosts and participants may not offer or require payment, prizes, or other consideration in exchange for likes or participation, and may not condition ranking on off-platform actions. Final rankings and integrity determinations are made by Skillazo in its discretion, and badges may be withheld or revoked for violations.

4. Challenges, Rewards, and Payouts

a) Types of competitions. Skillazo offers (i) official, Skillazo-run Skill Contests in which winners are determined by a judging panel using a published rubric (likes are social signals only and are not votes), and (ii) user-generated Community Challenges in which ranking is based on eligible likes and winners receive badges only (no cash or other monetary value).

b) No purchase necessary; skill-based. Entry to official Skill Contests is free. Winners are selected on the basis of skill; chance is not used to determine outcomes. Void where prohibited.

c) Eligibility and verification. Cash rewards (if offered) are available only to users at or above the age of majority in their jurisdiction who successfully complete any required identity/KYC/AML and sanctions screening, and who provide any required tax forms (e.g., W-9/W-8). We may request additional verification (e.g., residency, original files, device logs, or a live re-performance).

d) Rewards disclosure and discretion. For each official Skill Contest, the number of winners and any cash reward amounts will be disclosed on the contest page. Skillazo sets reward amounts in its sole discretion and may modify, substitute, or cancel a reward prior to verification/acceptance or where required by law, safety, or operational concerns.

e) Payout timing and methods. Verified rewards will be paid within a commercially reasonable time after winner confirmation using one or more supported methods (e.g., Stripe, bank transfer, or supported mobile-money services where available). Currency conversion and processing fees may apply; payouts may be made in local currency at an exchange rate determined by the payment provider.

f) Taxes and reporting. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, filings, or withholdings arising from a reward. Skillazo may collect tax information and report payouts as required by applicable law.

g) Community Challenge badges. Badges awarded in Community Challenges are cosmetic/status-only, non-transferable, and have no monetary value. Badges may be revoked for policy violations or manipulation.

h) Anti-manipulation; withholding; clawback. We may normalize or invalidate inauthentic engagement, disqualify entries, withhold, revoke, or claw back rewards or badges obtained through fraud, violations, or ineligible activity, and we may freeze leaderboards or place holds on payouts during review.

i) Unreachable or unverified winners. If a potential winner does not respond or fails verification within the timeframe stated on the contest page, Skillazo may award the reward to the next eligible entrant or take other action at its discretion.

j) Geographic restrictions. We may exclude or geoblock certain jurisdictions or users where required by law, sanctions, or operational limitations. Availability of payout methods varies by country/region.

k) No cash alternatives (unless stated). Except where the contest page expressly provides otherwise, no cash or other substitute will be provided for non-cash items, and no transfer or assignment of rewards is permitted.

5. Integrity & Anti‑Manipulation

a) Authentic activity only. You must not use any means—manual or automated—to artificially inflate or distort likes, views, follows, comments, leaderboard rank, badges, or payouts. Prohibited conduct includes (without limitation): bots, scripts, emulators, click-farms, paid engagement, engagement “pods,” like-for-like or comment-for-comment schemes, vote brigading/astroturfing, mass or fake account creation, identity spoofing, device resets or VPN/proxy abuse to evade detection, and buying/selling accounts or engagement.

b) No incentives for likes or follows. Do not offer, advertise, or accept money, prizes, gifts, discounts, entries, or other consideration in exchange for likes, follows, comments, or participation. This includes giveaways or “quid-pro-quo” promotions (e.g., “Like this to win X,” “Follow for a chance at Y”). Hosts of Community Challenges may not require payment or off-platform actions as a condition of ranking.

c) Permitted promotion. You may share your content on your own channels and ask people to check it out or like if they enjoy it, provided there is no incentive, compensation, or requirement attached and no spam or harassment.

d) Community Challenges (likes-based ranking). For user-generated Community Challenges, ranking is based on eligible likes during the entry window and is subject to normalization. We may freeze leaderboards, delay or hide like counts, exclude inauthentic or ineligible engagement, and adjust results to protect integrity. Final rankings are determined by Skillazo in its discretion. Badges have no monetary value and may be revoked for violations.

e) Official Skillazo-run Skill Contests (judge-determined). Likes are social signals only and are not votes. We may consider normalized engagement as one factor, but judges determine winners using the published rubric.

f) Detection & verification. We use a combination of automated signals, machine learning, heuristics, and human review to detect manipulation. We may request additional verification (e.g., identity checks, original files, device logs, or live re-performance) and place holds on leaderboards, badges, or rewards during review.

g) Enforcement. Violations may result in: normalization or removal of inauthentic engagement; disqualification; badge/reward revocation; content removal; feature limits (uploads, likes, messaging, payouts, challenges); account suspension or termination; and device/IP-level restrictions. We may withhold or claw back rewards obtained through manipulation. See Enforcement; Suspension; Termination for details and appeal options.

h) Transparency & records. We may display “eligible likes” or similar adjusted metrics and retain logs necessary to investigate abuse, comply with law, or resolve disputes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

i) No evasion. Creating alternate accounts, using others’ identities, or employing technical workarounds to evade enforcement or limits is prohibited and may lead to permanent bans.

j) Advertising & disclosures. If you receive any sponsorship or material connection related to your content, you must clearly disclose it (e.g., “#ad”) and comply with applicable advertising/consumer-protection laws and platform policies.

6. Community & Safety

a) Community Standards (incorporated by reference). You must comply with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and the Global Skill Contest Rules at all times. We may update these policies as our products and laws evolve.

b) Prohibited content and conduct. Do not post or engage in illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, deceptive, or otherwise abusive behavior. Prohibited content includes (without limitation): threats or incitement of violence; hate speech or discrimination; graphic violence; sexually explicit material; exploitation; non-consensual or invasive imagery; stalking or doxxing; scams, spam, or malware; and impersonation or misrepresentation.

c) Physical activity and risk. Know your limits. Do not attempt skills, stunts, or drills beyond your experience or fitness level. Use appropriate protective gear, choose safe and lawful locations, follow facility rules, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Do not encourage others to take unsafe actions.

d) Dangerous activities and instructions. Do not post content that facilitates injury or unlawful conduct (e.g., instructions to make weapons or explosives, dangerous “challenges,” or tampering with safety equipment). Regulated goods (e.g., illegal drugs) and their promotion are prohibited.

e) Minors and vulnerable individuals. Content involving minors must be age-appropriate, lawful, and never sexualized. Do not depict minors engaging in dangerous activities or consuming alcohol/drugs. If minors appear, you are responsible for obtaining any required parental/guardian consent and ensuring appropriate supervision and privacy protections.

f) Privacy and third-party rights. Respect privacy, publicity, and intellectual-property rights. Do not share private or personally identifying information about others without consent, record individuals where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy, or upload content you do not own or lack permission to use (including music, logos, or footage).

g) Health and training information. Content on the Platform (including demonstrations, commentary, and challenges) is for entertainment and general information only and is not medical, coaching, or safety advice. Consult a qualified professional for guidance; stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

h) Labeling, age-gating, and geoblocking. We may label, reduce distribution of, age-restrict, or geoblock content that could be risky, sensitive, or unlawful in certain jurisdictions, and we may require additional context or disclosures.

i) Reporting and emergencies. Use in-app tools or email safety@skillazo.co to report violations or safety concerns. For emergencies or injuries, contact local emergency services immediately and cease participation.

j) Enforcement. Violations may result in content removal, visibility reduction, feature limits (including upload, likes, messaging, payouts, and challenge participation), badge/reward revocation, account suspension or termination, and device- or IP-based restrictions, as described in Enforcement; Suspension; Termination.

7. Intellectual Property & DMCA

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to privacy@skillazo.co We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

8. Disclaimers; Assumption of Risk

The Platform is provided “as is.” Athletic activities involve risk. You assume responsibility for your participation and any resulting injury or loss.

a) No medical or training advice. Content on Skillazo (including demonstrations, challenges, and comments) is for entertainment and general information only and is not medical, coaching, or safety advice. Do not rely on user content as a substitute for professional guidance.

b) Know your limits. Do not attempt skills, stunts, or drills beyond your experience or fitness level. Use appropriate protective gear, choose safe and lawful locations, follow facility rules, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

c) Minors. If you are under the age of majority, you must have a parent/guardian’s permission and appropriate supervision. Do not involve minors in dangerous or age-inappropriate activities.

d) Health conditions. If you have any medical condition, injury, or safety concern, consult a qualified professional before participating. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

e) Platform role. Skillazo does not supervise or control users’ activities and cannot guarantee the safety of any content or challenge. We may label, restrict, or remove risky content at our discretion, but we have no obligation to do so.

f) Assumption of risk. You understand and voluntarily accept the inherent risks of athletic and physical activity—including falls, collisions, overexertion, equipment failure, environmental hazards, and actions of others—and you are solely responsible for your participation.

g) Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillazo is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your participation in activities shown on or organized through the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

h) Emergencies. In case of an emergency or injury, call your local emergency services immediately and cease participation.

9. Limitation of Liability; Indemnity

a) No indirect or special damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skillazo and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, licensors, and agents (collectively, the “Skillazo Parties”) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or business interruption), arising out of or related to the Platform or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, even if foreseeable or if the Skillazo Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b) Overall cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Skillazo Parties for all claims arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (i) US $100 or (ii) the amounts you paid to Skillazo (if any) for access to or use of the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies collectively across all claims and parties and even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.

c) Non-excludable liabilities; consumer law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, or Québec (Canada), these Terms do not exclude or limit your non-waivable statutory rights. Where local consumer law requires a different outcome, mandatory local law prevails.

d) Allocation of risk. The limitations in this Section reflect the allocation of risk between you and Skillazo and are an essential basis of the bargain between the parties.

e) Your indemnity to Skillazo. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Skillazo Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or related to: (i) Your Content and any materials you submit or share; (ii) your use or misuse of the Platform; (iii) your breach of these Terms or any incorporated policies (including the Community Guidelines and Global Skill Contest Rules); (iv) your violation of law or of any third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights); and (v) your participation in challenges or contests, including any taxes or withholding obligations related to rewards or payouts. Where required by law, your indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Skillazo Parties.

f) Indemnification procedure. We will provide you with prompt written notice of any claim (delays will not relieve your obligations unless materially prejudicial). You will have control of the defense and settlement, provided that: (1) we may participate with our own counsel at our expense; (2) you will not settle any claim that imposes an obligation on, or requires an admission by, a Skillazo Party, or that does not include a full and unconditional release, without our prior written consent; and (3) Skillazo may, at its discretion, assume exclusive defense and control of any matter (at its expense) if we reasonably believe your interests conflict with ours or you fail to defend the claim.

g) Survival. This Section survives termination or expiration of your account or these Terms.

10. Enforcement; Termination

) Our right (not obligation) to act. We may monitor, review, and moderate activity on the Platform, but we are not obligated to do so. We may take action at any time if we believe it is reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or safeguard the integrity of the Platform.

b) Grounds for enforcement. We may act where we reasonably believe there is: (i) a violation of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, the Global Skill Contest Rules, or any applicable policies; (ii) illegal, unsafe, fraudulent, or deceptive conduct; (iii) infringement of intellectual-property or privacy/publicity rights; (iv) security or platform integrity risks (including spam, botting, scraping, or attempts to circumvent technical protections); (v) repeat infringement (e.g., under our DMCA policy); (vi) KYC/AML or sanctions concerns, chargeback/fraud activity, or failure to complete required verification; or (vii) a court order, regulator request, or other legal obligation.

c) Actions we may take. Depending on the circumstances, we may: remove or disable access to content; reduce distribution or visibility; apply labels/age-gates; geoblock content or accounts; limit features (e.g., uploads, likes, messaging, payouts, participation in contests/challenges); require identity or age re-verification; withhold, revoke, or claw back badges or rewards obtained in violation of our rules; place holds on pending payouts; rate-limit or suspend functionality; or suspend/terminate accounts. We may also implement device-level or IP-based restrictions to prevent evasion.

d) Intellectual-property takedowns; repeat infringers. We respond to copyright notices under the DMCA (or local equivalents) and may terminate users we deem repeat infringers. See our IP/DMCA section for how to submit notices and counter-notices.

e) No refunds; effect on items and rewards. Enforcement actions may result in loss of access to the Platform or features, and removal or forfeiture of non-monetary items (e.g., badges) or rewards obtained through policy violations. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and we have no obligation to restore affected content or features.

f) Notice and appeal. Where reasonable, we will notify you of major enforcement actions and provide a brief reason; we may withhold notice where it would cause harm, risk legal liability, or interfere with investigations. You may appeal certain actions via safety@skillazo.co (and via our DMCA agent for IP takedowns). We may request additional information to assess your appeal.

g) Preservation and disclosure. We may preserve content and account information as required by law or where reasonably needed for safety, investigations, or dispute resolution, and may disclose information in response to valid legal requests consistent with our Privacy Policy.

h) Prohibited evasion. Creating new or alternative accounts, spoofing identities, or otherwise attempting to evade enforcement is prohibited and may lead to additional measures, including permanent bans.

i) Termination by you. You may stop using the Platform and/or delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy for how deletion and data retention work). Some content may persist in backups or where retention is legally required.

j) Survival. Upon termination or suspension, the following continue to apply: sections relating to intellectual property licenses (as needed for permitted backups, investigations, lawful archival, and previously granted promotional uses), privacy and data handling, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution and governing law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

k) Reservation of rights. We may refuse, remove, or restrict any content or account at our discretion to the extent permitted by law, and we may update our enforcement practices to address emerging risks and legal requirements.

11. Disputes; Governing Law

a) Informal resolution first. Before filing a claim, you agree to email us at support@skillazo.co with a brief written Notice of Dispute (name, account email/username, description of the issue, and the relief sought). We’ll try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can’t, the procedures below apply.

b) Agreement to arbitrate & class-action waiver — United States and Rest of the World (except where prohibited by local consumer law).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you and Skillazo agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform (collectively, “Disputes”) will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, not in court. No class or representative actions or proceedings are permitted. The arbitration will be administered by JAMS under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is Delaware, USA; hearings may be held by video/phone where permitted. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could (injunctive, declaratory, or statutory damages), but only in favor of the individual party seeking relief.

c) Small-claims court option. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in a jurisdiction that has such a court and can lawfully hear the matter, instead of arbitration.

d) Arbitration fees and fairness. JAMS rules will govern fees; where required by law, we will pay or reimburse consumer filing fees to keep the process reasonably accessible. The arbitrator may award fees and costs as allowed by law.

e) 30-day opt-out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement (but not the rest of the Terms) by emailing support@skillazo.co within 30 days of the date you first accepted these Terms, with your name, the email tied to your account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, the court provisions in subsection (h) apply.

f) Exceptions (injunctive and IP claims). Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to protect safety or stop misuse of the Platform, and Skillazo may bring actions in court to protect intellectual property (e.g., copyright, trademark, or trade-secret claims).

g) Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Québec (Canada).
If you reside in one of these jurisdictions, mandatory local consumer laws and forum rules apply. You may bring claims in your home country’s courts, and any arbitration or class-action waiver in this Section applies only to the extent permitted by your local law. Nothing here limits your non-waivable consumer rights.

h) Governing law and venue (non-arbitrable disputes). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, except that mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence still apply. For any Dispute that is not subject to arbitration (or if you validly opt out of arbitration), the state and federal courts located in Delaware (USA) will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue, unless your local law requires your home courts to hear the claim.

i) Severability and survival. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, this arbitration agreement is unenforceable only for that claim; the rest of this Section remains in effect. This Section survives termination of your account or these Terms.

j) Time limit (where lawful). To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be filed within one (1) year after it arose, or it is permanently barred.

12. Changes; Contact

a) We may update these Terms and related policies. We may modify these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference (including the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Global Skill Contest Rules) to reflect changes in our products, the law, or our business practices.

b) How we will notify you. We will post the updated Terms with an “Effective Date” at the top and, for material changes, provide reasonable advance notice via in-app notice, email, banner, or similar channels, as required by applicable law.

c) What counts as a material change. Examples include changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations (e.g., dispute-resolution terms, arbitration/class-action provisions, types of data we collect or how we use/share it, or changes that meaningfully impact features available to minors).

d) When changes take effect. Unless we state otherwise, updates take effect when posted. For material changes, we will provide advance notice and they will take effect no sooner than the date stated in the notice, except that changes required by law, safety, or security may take effect immediately.

e) Your acceptance. By continuing to access or use the Platform on or after the Effective Date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and (if applicable) delete your account before the Effective Date.

f) Changes to arbitration or class-action terms (United States and the Rest of the World, where applicable). Updates to our arbitration or class-action waiver provisions will not apply to disputes of which we or you had actual notice on or before the Effective Date. If we make a material change to arbitration or class-action terms, you may opt out of that change by emailing privacy@skillazo.co within 30 days after the Effective Date, stating that you opt out and including your name and the email tied to your account.

g) Translations; conflicts. We may provide translations for convenience. If there is a conflict between a translated version and the English version of these Terms, the English version controls, except where local law requires otherwise.
